As equipes apreenderam m\u00e1quinas, aplicaram multa no valor de R$ 18 mil e prenderam um homem por crime ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais constataram a explora\u00e7\u00e3o mineral em funcionamento, no distrito de Ribeir\u00e3o dos Cocais. Ao perceberem a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe, diversos trabalhadores fugiram em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o. Um homem foi detido em flagrante.<\/p>\n<p>No local, os militares identificaram uma escavadeira hidr\u00e1ulica em opera\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de dois motores estacion\u00e1rios, duas plantas de lavagem e duas calhas separadoras, equipamentos utilizados na extra\u00e7\u00e3o e no processamento de material mineral.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00e1rea ficou sujeita \u00e0 formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de embargo, permanecendo proibida a continuidade da atividade at\u00e9 a ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas legais cab\u00edveis.
